Action sports have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up on the Jersey Shore, I spent countless hours at the skatepark, in the ocean, or up north on the mountain. Eventually I became a sponsored scooter athlete at just 12 years old.

I quickly learned that being a sponsored athlete involved more than just riding. Between brand commitments, deliverables, and everything behind the scenes, I struggled to manage it all. At 13, I decided not to renew my sponsorship contract. Looking back, I didn't lack passion. I lacked the structure and support to navigate it.

Years later, I built a career in events and operations, coordinating international conferences, local music shows, travel, schedules, and complex logistics. I realized that the skills I'd developed professionally were exactly what I could have benefited from as a young athlete.

That's why I started Dialed Operations.

To combine my lifelong passion for action sports with my professional experience and give athletes and creators the behind-the-scenes support I wish I'd had.
